Registration

How do I register?
Each participating organization or school district will have a dedicated contact, responsible for
registering attendees. Please consult your point of contact for more information.
When is the registration deadline for participants?
All registrations must be submitted by May 18, 2017, at 5:00 p.m.

Where will SheTech Explorer Day Colorado be hosted?
The Commons on Champa, First Floor, 1245 Champa St., Denver, CO, 80204
Where can I park?
A few parking options exist near The Commons on Champa. The closest parking garage is the
Convention Center Parking Garage. Click here to plug in your address and get directions!
What should I bring?
Please bring your signed permission waiver and a positive attitude! We will provide the rest.
What time is check-in?
Check-in will take place from 8:00 – 8:50 a.m. The day will kick off promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Where do I check in?
Signage will direct attendees to the check-in tables near the entrance of The Commons on Champa.
What will the day’s schedule look like?
Students will receive personal badges for the day, which include a personalized schedule.
When will the activities conclude?
SheTech Explorer Day Colorado will end at 4:00 p.m.

Will food be provided?
Breakfast, snacks and lunch will be provided by our sponsors.
What do the winners of the TechChallenge receive?
The winning TechChallenge team will receive a scholarship stipend ($500 per girl). We recommend
using the funds for training, certification(s) or a college degree program. The winning team will be
invited to attend the lunch at CTA’s Women in Technology Conference in Larkspur on June 9th!
Can I bring my cellphone or smartphone?
Absolutely! Some activities may even have you use it! (Not mandatory or required.)
